Join Us for NEW Quarterly Business Showcase Events!
To build greater connections among our Peoria and West Valley community, help tackle workforce challenges, and create an effective platform for businesses to grow, the Peoria Chamber of Commerce will begin hosting quarterly Business Showcase events in 2024. These opportunities will additionally include an educational component, bringing in expert speakers respective to the industries being featured. As a combination of B2B networking, workforce development, and education, we hope to better highlight many of the wonderful small businesses in and around Peoria as well as our large Valley partners and introduce students and those pursuing a career change to opportunities right in their own backyard.
With the first event taking place on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Arizona State University’s West Valley Campus, the Peoria Chamber will start this quarterly series by featuring businesses, organizations, and educational providers in the Health & Wellness space. Members of the Peoria Chamber will be able to exhibit their business at no cost, while a fee of $200 will be provided to those that do not belong to our Chamber. Sponsorship opportunities are also available and include premium vendor booth locations, prominent promotion of your business, and the ability for a company representative to lead one of our educational sessions.
One of our featured speakers will be Dr. Jenna Ross, CMPC, LAC of Renew Performance, LLC. She will present part of her Mental Fitness series and cover Goal Setting, a fitting and timely topic as we all continue to set ourselves up for success this year! We will also hear from our friends at Benevilla as they share information about the Benefitness Adaptive Gym and the importance of fitness and nutrition as we age.

Ruben Arangure, Business Development Manager
We are pleased to announce a new addition to our Peoria Chamber team! Ruben Arangure started on January 8th as our new Business Development Manager. He will be responsible for expanding our member network so that we can enhance opportunities for connection and growth in Peoria and throughout the West Valley.
An Arizona native, Ruben has had the pleasure of living across the Valley, from a small farming town in Buckeye, known as Harquahala, to the beautiful town of Fountain Hills. He has seen the tremendous growth and flourishing of Arizona over the last several decades and sees the potential in areas like Peoria. After graduating from Grand Canyon University in 2017 with a degree in Counseling, he began his career in the non-profit sector, building partnerships and bridging the gap between community services, organizations, and community members that need them. Ruben most recently spent the last several years back at GCU, building strategic partnerships between the university and businesses locally and nationally. He is thrilled to be able to bring his knowledge of building impactful relationships and bringing diverse businesses to the Peoria Chamber.
When he is not working, you can usually find him hiking local trails, baking sourdough bread, or working on his own 3D printing small business, with his wife, Megan, and his two energetic dogs, Miska and Wiley.

This year brings some exciting changes to our annual golf tournament, and in addition to supporting our dedicated Peoria First Responders, we will raise funds to support several nonprofit members of the Peoria Chamber - Soldier's Best Friend, the Peoria Diamond Club, and Phoenix Legacy Foundation!
