We are happy to introduce State Street Feed and Supply, Lindon’s first farm to table restaurant. Craig Borlik, a seasoned Sundance Chef, has partnered with local creatives to bring you seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to reinvent your favorite comfort foods. State Street is dedicated to honoring the history of Utah’s agricultural community. From our general store to displays of local artwork and vintage collectibles, the traditional family farmhouse is brought back to life. Our quick-serve blast from the past also features a grab-and-go market, infused local honey, jams, and even seeds to start your own garden!

After 30 years of catering and hospitality experience, Executive Chef and Founder Craig Borlik opened State Street Feed & Supply catering. For seven consecutive years, he catered all of Redford’s private parties as well as, prepared the menus and meals for the Sundance Institute workshops and Sundance Film Festival parties. During that time he prepared the food and served every wedding that took place at Sundance.
His clients include many of Utah’s top companies, entertainment and film crews, Brigham Young University athletic departments, private clients and more.
