Welcome to Oliver’s Place! Established in 1870 by Oliver Smith, this 83-acre homestead in 'the bottoms' was the foundation for a family dedicated to farming and providing food for the local community. For five generations, the Smith family has nurtured and worked the land, cultivating orchard crops, field and row crops, and raising various animal herds to sustain the surrounding areas. Today, a portion of the original homestead remains, and Oliver’s Place barn is set to open, preserving the rich heritage and legacy of Oliver Smith and his descendants.
Oliver’s Place offers something for everyone! Enjoy our farm-fresh food store, indulge in treats from our ice cream parlor, host events at our event center, and participate in year-round farm activities at Hee Haw Farms. There's always something exciting happening at Oliver’s Place!
