The RAB Sales Training program is recognized as an industry leader and is utilized by many broadcasting companies to train broadcast account executives throughout the country. In addition to the RAB sales training, each new AE completes a Social Styles course so you understand how to best interact with people. The job involves nurturing meaningful relationships with existing clients and developing a new client base. A GLAAM sales executive is responsible for developing, closing, collecting and maintaining accounts.
