At Edgewood Manor located in Port Clinton, Ohio, "We Are Family Serving Families". Our staff is a true extended family united in a circle of compassionate, excellent care for our residents. We believe you'll find no better place of quality care that is tailored to the individual need.
Edgewood also extends this culture of compassion and excellence to short-term, outpatient, rehabilitative, and respite stays. Our nursing home offers physical therapy, stroke recovery, and dementia/ alzheimers care, along with successful Respiratory programs, as well as a Restorative team and Wound Care.
As part of the Covenant Care family, Edgewood Manor Nursing Center has been providing quality care for residents of Ottawa County and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We are a 80 bed facility and are Medicare and Medicaid certified for skilled nursing and intermediate levels of care. Most physicians in our community are on staff with us.
