Finding homes for people and pets since 1991! With a deeply rooted passion for real estate, Wendi has been in the industry since 1991. She was a sales manager for a custom home builder, and owned a small mortgage company, giving her an in-depth knowledge of new construction and financing. Wendi also wrote a weekly real estate column for the Prescott Daily Courier for several years.
Her favorite aspect of the business is selling homes in the Prescott area. She covers all of western Yavapai County, from Dewey-Humboldt to Chino Valley and beyond. She is familiar with the golf communities, rural and horse properties, the historic areas near downtown, even cabins in the tall pines. A knowledgeable resource for people relocating from elsewhere, Wendi enjoys introducing newcomers to the community she loves!
Interested in investment property? As a landlord herself, Wendi understands income properties and can help analyze your purchase or sale of a valuable investment, and work with you through a 1031 exchange.
"Real estate to me is far more than selling houses; it's working with clients during emotional times in their lives, whether you are celebrating an addition to the family or saying goodbye to a loved one. You'll find that I go far above and beyond to take exceptional care of my clients, explaining the process and the paperwork and the time frames for a smooth closing. Nurturing long term relationships and earning your trust and loyalty are my goals. Technology gives us terrific tools, but it can't take the place of personal service."
Wendi brings that same passion to her work with animal welfare. She and her husband have fostered over 230 newborn puppies, raising them until they are old enough to be adopted out by the shelter or rescue group. They have also raised 2 Labs for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Wendi served as a board member for a small but amazing rural animal shelter, and works to promote spay and neuter programs. Just as some people tithe to their church, Wendi donates 10% of her commission income to deserving animal welfare organizations.
