New For Safe Trick-or-Treat This Year!

Quincy Chamber of Commerce

New for Safe Trick-or-Treat this year - a TREASURE MAP!  Start planning now if you want to participate!  We will be developing a "treasure map" to let people know where to go for the "extra stuff" during Safe Trick-or-Treat.  The idea is to expand the event to include more places for kids to go for candy, doing crafts, etc. for businesses that are not downtown or if they're doing more than handing out candy.  For example, Gott Powersports will be featuring a haunted house and SavMor will be handing out candy.  Other ideas might be decorating mini pumpkins, making face masks or hosting games.

Want to be included?  Send us an email at info@quincychamber.com and we'll get you on the map!  You do NOT need to be a Chamber member and there is no charge to participate!

The maps will be available on our website and all of our social media pages, and hard copies will be available for pick up during Safe Trick-or-Treat at the Chamber booth in front of the Courthouse.

Speaking of Safe Trick-or-Treat

Quincy Chamber of Commerce

Is your business handing out Halloween candy?  Is your business a Quincy Chamber of Commerce member?  If so, you can receive FREE Halloween candy to hand out during Safe Trick-or-Treat!

We start a candy drive on October 1st each year by placing candy collection barrels inside Plumas Bank and SavMor.  On October 15th the barrels will be collected and the candy then distributed to our participating Chamber of Commerce businesses on October 18th.  If you would like to receive some FREE candy to hand out, please email us at info@quincychamber.com and we'll get you on the list!
