Bliss Marketplace was started in 2016 by a mother daughter duo. Sydnei Kelly, daughter, had been living in Fort Worth, Texas with husband and son for three years when the desire to move home became too overwhelming. Stacy Tomlinson, mother, had been participating in many antique fairs and flea markets in northern California.

When they reunited, they decided to put their strengths and skills together to create a unique business in the Rancho Cordova area. Bliss Marketplace was born!

There were several speed bumps along the way, but that didn't stop them! Bliss originally started in an 8,000 square foot warehouse on Mercantile Dr. Due to inadequate safety features, such as fire sprinklers and emergency exits, they were forced to move to their current location.  
​
The current location is just over 10,000 square feet with over 65 vendors selling their unique items. The marketplace is typically open five days per month, the second Saturday (Teaser Saturday) and third Thursday- Sunday. Occasionally, special events are held as well, such as the annual Bliss Bridal Expo.
