About Brookfields Restaurant
In 1981, Lee Manolakas (fondly known as Mr. M) invested a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry into a Sacramento restaurant off Bradshaw Road. The concept included favorite family recipes and good homemade food served in a warm friendly atmosphere. He partnered with his son, Sam, who was also an experienced restaurateur. Both were accomplished chefs.
Each morning, the aroma of freshly baked biscuits, muffins and cinnamon rolls greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Many items are made from scratch including our soups, sauces and salad dressings. All of our steaks are cut, and hamburger ground fresh in our own USDA inspected facility.
Today, Sam and his sister, Stacy, operate the three Brookfields Restaurant along with an incredibly talented group of loyal employees. The original site is no longer a part of the group, but the tradition continues.
