Patrick Furlong founded Legacy Investment Real Estate to exclusively serve clients seeking to acquire replacement properties in a 1031 exchange. Patrick holds a California Real Estate Brokers License as well as securities licenses 22 (Direct Participation Program Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent). This combination of licenses, along with Patricks 30+ year career in commercial real estate finance and commercial real estate sales, gives Patrick an exceptional perspective on the relative risks and rewards of different acquisition and financing alternatives. Patrick has proven to be invaluable in advising clients on how to prevent serious mistakes that could potentially cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Jamie works alongside Patrick (her father) helping clients navigate the complexities and time restrictions in the ever-changing 1031environment. Jamie is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Cal CPA, Rotary Club of Sacramento, Commercial Real Estate Women, and her local farm bureau. She earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California in Mathematics and Economics.
