Petali History
In 1912, when he was just 16 years old, Papa Joe immigrated to the United States from the Calabria region in Italy. He brought with him his family recipes, which have been handed down through the generations. Our signature PETALI appetizer is one of those recipes and we are proud to bring these recipes to you!
