About Turning Point Community Programs

Turning Point Community Programs has offered a path to mental health since 1976. Today we operate in over 40 programs in eight California counties.

TPCP will be commencing the operation of the Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic and the Rapid Turnaround CRP; both located in Sacramento County. Plans are underway for Turning Points 40^thAnniversary celebration.

Turning Point Community Programs provides integrated, cost-effective mental health services, employment, and housing for adults, children and their families that promote recovery, independence and self-sufficiency.

Turning Point Community Programs protects the private information of the individuals it is privileged to serve as well as community members who seek support.
