Spiral Horn Coffee is the third business venture of Mark and Michelle Hedley, ignited by their entrepreneurial spirit after Mark's 25-year corporate career. In 2005, seeking to reconnect with family, they founded Spiral Horn Ranch with their daughters, focusing on breeding and developing superior genetics within African hoof stock, known for their spiral-shaped horns. This venture brought them a rewarding and successful ranching lifestyle in rural America.
However, in 2010, economic challenges in the US and a severe local drought necessitated a shift in their business strategy. To adapt to these conditions, Mark and Michelle diversified their operations, leading to the creation of Spiral Horn Coffee. This new endeavor showcases their resilience and ability to pivot in response to changing circumstances.
