Established in 1970 by Gordon Lee and Clydene Oliver, Oliver Pecan began with humble beginnings and a steadfast vision to provide for their family. Armed with just two cane poles, two buckets, and boundless determination, they laid the foundation for what would become a thriving pecan enterprise.
Over the decades, Oliver Pecan has flourished, cultivating approximately 30,000 trees across Texas and establishing three buying stations in San Saba, San Angelo, and Belmont. Setting ourselves apart from the competition, we are proud to be one of the rare pecan companies involved in every step of the process—from cultivation and harvest to processing and product creation.
Though Gordon Lee's passing in 2000 left a void, his legacy lives on through a family-driven ethos that remains at the core of our operations. Clydene Oliver, the matriarch of our company, continues to infuse our work with her unwavering dedication, alongside her children Shawn, Marcie, and Mark, who carry forward the pecan legacy with pride.
