Oliver Pecan was founded in 1970 by Gordon Lee and Clydene Oliver when they purchased a pecan orchard in San Saba County. With just two cane poles, two buckets, and a lot of heart, determination, and vision, they set out to provide for their family and build a legacy. Today, Oliver Pecan has grown significantly, harvesting around 30,000 trees across Texas and operating three buying stations in San Saba, San Angelo, and Belmont. As one of the few companies that grow, harvest, process, and produce pecan products, we take pride in our comprehensive approach. After Gordon Lee's passing in 2000, the family continues to honor his legacy, with Clydene at the heart of the company and her children, Shawn, Marcie, and Mark, carrying on the tradition. The next generation is also actively involved, ensuring that when you visit Oliver Pecan or our newest store, Oliver & Co., you’ll often see three generations of Olivers working together. Our dedication to quality means we make everything in small batches to ensure freshness and excellence.
