She has a master’s degree in management in human resources from University of Phoenix. Terri was September 2011 Business of the Month with the Spanish Fork/Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, and is on the chamber's board of directors. She is also a member of the Board of Directors as historian with the Women in Business South Valley. She does speaking engagements and trains new organizers. She appears on SFCN Channel 17 and The Daily Herald features her services. She was a guest speaker on Pat Sheridan's multi-media talk show.
