From the moment you reach out and complete the necessary paperwork and insurance verification, we ensure a seamless and supportive process. Once an opening is available, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will contact you to gather additional information, schedule your child's assessment, and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to achieve meaningful progress.
Our process is designed with your child's success in mind. Following the assessment by our BCBA, a custom treatment plan with specific goals is created, and direct therapy sessions are arranged with our skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Throughout the therapy journey, our BCBA provides continuous supervision, ongoing treatment planning, protocol adjustments, and family training to maximize your child's development. We are proud to accept a wide range of insurance providers, including Iowa Total Care, Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup), Molina, Wellmark, Avera Health Plans, Sanford, Auxiant, Midlands Choice, and Hawki, ensuring our services are accessible to as many families as possible.
