Luis Muzquiz is the owner of La Casita Mexican Restaurant located at 333 N. Main Street in Springville. La Casita is a family-owned business that his father started in 1978.
Luis took over the family business in 2003 and continues to serve patrons delicious family recipes. Luis and his wife, Katie, and their two children, Hanna and Brady, run the restaurant and treat everyone who enters the doors like close friends and family.
They love the community, their employees and love what they do.
Luis has been an active chamber member since 2014. He is passionate about life and helping others. He continually serves in the community where needed, serves as the assistant golf coach at Springville High, and served on the executive board as president and past president. His favorite memory while serving on the board is watching the chamber and local businesses grow. He has dedicated his talents and thousands of hours to improving the purpose and benefits of the chamber. He has focused on providing more educational opportunities for our members that would benefit the different companies with essential subjects that will help their business grow, making sense that he currently serves as the Education & Events Chair.
