Board Spotlight

Jason Packard was born in 1980 to Matt and Louann Packard.  He grew up in Springville  graduated from Springville High School in 1998.  Afterwords, he attended Utah Valley University and earned his degree in General Business.  In 2013, he received an advanced certification in banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School located in Washington.
He began working at Central Bank as a teenager, spending hours alone in the Springville Office basement shredding sensitive bank documents.  He officially began his career at the bank as a teller in 2000 and throughout the years has worked in multiple rolls.  Today he's the Executive Vice President, a member of the board of directors, and also managing the Springville Office.
Jason is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoys serving his neighborhood and the youth of the church in various capacities.  Jason loves to spend time in the outdoors: hiking, mountaineering, snowshoeing, skiing, and hunting, but his favorite leisure pursuit is riding one of his many bikes.  He has completed the legendary Logan to Jackson (LOTOJA) 200 mile bike race on six different occasions.  He has climbed all of the western states highest points including the famous Mt. Rainer, Mt. Whitney, and more.
He and his wife Jackie have four children: Jefferson, Jane, Jameson, and Jens.  They currently reside in Spanish Fork, but Jason will always remain a loyal Springville supporter and fan.  He is commited to eventually move back to Red Devil country.
Jason has served with the Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years.  He has served as the chamber's president and a member of the executive committee.  He is eager to serve in any capacity and wants to see local businesses succeed and thrive.

Board Spotlight

Misty and Kyle Marshall were born and raised in Springville and graduated from Springville High School, home of the Mighty Red Devils. Meeting in high school they felt like returning back home  to their roots seemed like the perfect fit. After graduating Dental School from the University of Maryland in 2005, they moved their young family back to the best place on earth to start a dental career.

Kyle began a partnership with Dr Richard Francis at Springville Dentistry. Over the past sixteen years he has trained in all aspects of dentistry, but has focused on cosmetics. As a lover of art, this has been a perfect combination of dentistry and beauty. Using his knowledge of restorative, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry Kyle has found a tremendous amount of satisfaction from creating beautiful smiles.

Our family loves being a part of this amazing community. We have participated in so much that this city has to offer: competitive sports for our kids, music, great friends, art, outdoor recreation, dining, golf, holiday festivals and religion. To be living here, working here and experiencing all of these wonderful things has been a tremendous blessing. We love this town and are grateful for this opportunity.  Springville has been a huge part of our life story and we look forward to growing and building for the future in our home town!
