Mapleton City - Scarecrow Spectacular

Hosted by Mapleton Parks & Recreation

Join Mapleton Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Mapleton City Park for their annual Scarecrow Spectacular.

EVENT TIMELINE

  • 3:00 -5:00 pm Scarecrow Contest: Public voting will take place for the scarecrows on display. (Scarecrow Contestant and Harvest Bake-Off winners will be announced shortly after 5:00 pm.)
  • 3:00 pm NEW! Corn Kings Classic: Cornhole tournament:-dress code is flannel. Who will be crowned the 1st ever CORN KINGS!  REGISTER HERE
  • 3:00 - 4:30 pm Harvest Bake-Off: Silent auction bidding on delicious bake off entries.
  • 4:30 - 5:00 pm Live auction: Items will be up for bid with proceeds benefiting Mapleton schools.
  • 5:00-7:00pm  Country Line Dancing: Dancing in the park.
  • 5:00-7:00pm Community Pumpkin Night: Pumpkins for purchase behind Mapleton Cemetery.

The scarecrows will be on display at the City Park through the end of October.
