Safe Halloween on Main Street โ€” This Friday!

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

It’s Halloween! We are thrilled to welcome everyone back to Main Street this Friday for our beloved Safe Halloween Event. Since 1998, this community tradition has brought families, friends, and businesses together for a fun-filled afternoon of costumes, candy, and connection.

What began with just 12 businesses has now grown into a celebration featuring more than 50 participating businesses and over 2,500 community members! We’re so grateful to all who help make this one of Springville’s favorite annual traditions.

As we line Main Street, you’ll see local businesses dressed up and decked out, ready to greet, interact, and hand out treats to thousands of trick-or-treaters. This event is not only a wonderful way to celebrate Halloween safely but also a fantastic opportunity for businesses to showcase their creativity, connect with residents, and be part of the festive spirit that makes our community so special.

This year, we’re adding even more fun (and a little friendly competition!) with our Boo-th Decorating Contest. Participants can vote for their favorite decorated booths, giving businesses extra visibility and recognition for their creativity and Halloween spirit.

Whether you’re hosting a booth, handing out candy, or simply joining the fun with family and friends, we hope you’ll enjoy walking Main Street, seeing all the amazing costumes, and feeling the energy of our thriving community.

Event Details:
Friday, October 31
3:00–5:00 PM
Along Main Street, Springville City Building (110 S. Main St.)

Thank you again to our participating businesses and volunteers who make this event possible each year. We can’t wait to see your costumes, decorations, and smiling faces as we celebrate another spooktacular Safe Halloween on Main Street!

Honoring Our Heroesโ€”Thank You, Veterans!

Join us for the 2025 Battle of the Pizzas, where local pizza masters compete for top
honors—and our community comes together to support local veterans and military
families.
This year, your slice of pizza makes a difference. Each attendee will “vote” for their favorite
pizza by donating dollars—and every dollar counts as one vote. All proceeds will benefit
local veterans and military families in need.
Pizzerias will bring their best four pizzas (or more if you’re feeling competitive), cut into smaller slices so
everyone can sample.

Fellas Barbershop: Honoring Our Heroes This Veterans Day

Help Support Fellas and Veterans

At Fellas Barbershop, they proudly stand with our veterans — the brave men and women who have given so much for our freedom. This Veterans Day, November 11, they are giving back in a big way!

On November 11th, Veterans receive FREE haircuts all day long as a way of saying thank you for their service and sacrifice.

Businesses can Join the cause!
You can help make an even greater impact by purchasing a $5 raffle ticket at any Fellas Barbershop location. Every ticket enters you for a chance to win amazing prizes — and all proceeds go directly to the charities supporting veterans in need.

Why Fellas Give Back
Supporting veterans isn’t just something they do once a year — it’s something close to their hearts. Veterans, teach what strength and service truly mean. Seeing how hard it can be for many veterans to adjust to civilian life inspired Fellas to take action. Every haircut, every raffle ticket, every donation is their way of saying: "We Remember, We Care, and We’re Here for you."

Local Businesses — They Need You!
If your business would like to donate a prize for the raffle, please contact or drop by any Fellas Barbershop.

In its third year, Utah's 100 Companies Championing Women initiative recognizes organizations—including businesses, nonprofits, and cities—with 10+ employees that are actively supporting women through family-friendly policies (such as flexible schedules and remote work) and women-specific initiatives (like maternity leave and women in leadership).

They invite you to apply and be recognized for your efforts

Let’s recognize and uplift organizations that are helping women thrive in the workplace!

Rocky Mountain University

Did you know that Rocky Mountain University is more than an institution of higher education? They have a variety of departments that are active teaching clinics for the public. Their clinics serve two functions: Serving the community and providing opportunities for their students to get more hands-on experiences with actual patients who need care.

We had a fantastic experience at the October 14th Noon Networking event, hosted by Rocky Mountain University (RMU)! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn more about the incredible clinics and services RMU offers that can benefit both business owners and their employees.

If you weren’t able to attend, don’t worry — you can still be part of the learning!
Follow the links above to explore each clinic, discover how they serve our community, and learn ways you can support RMU’s mission to improve health, wellness, and professional growth right here in our area.

We’re so grateful to RMU for hosting and for their continued partnership in strengthening our local business community!
