Choosing Stronger Together
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a reminder that strong communities and strong businesses begin with healthy people. Business owners and employees face increasing pressures, stress, and burnout, making it more important than ever to create workplaces where people feel supported, connected, and valued.
Simple actions can make a lasting impact: check in with your employees, encourage work-life balance, promote open conversations, and connect your team with trusted mental health resources. Organizations like Utah Suicide Prevention Coalition and Live On Utah provide valuable tools, trainings, and resources to help businesses strengthen mental wellness, support suicide prevention, and build resilient workplaces.
When businesses invest in people, we build a stronger workforce, healthier communities, and a culture where no one has to struggle alone. Together, we can empower communities and save lives.
