Sylvester Family Practice provides full-time primary care for both children and adults with family physician Louise Wilder, M.D. and nurse practitioner Todd McDonald, FNP-BC. Sylvester Family Practice also offers a medically supervised weight loss clinic and D.OT. Physical Exams.TRMC Diabetes Education is also available at Sylvester Family Practice.
