As we welcome 2025, I reflect on my 15-year journey as President/CEO of the Sylvester-Worth County Chamber with profound gratitude. This incredible chapter of my life has been filled with meaningful connections, shared successes, and countless blessings.
First and foremost, I thank God. Your guidance and grace have sustained me and allowed me to lead with integrity and love. My passion for all things good and positive is rooted in Your unwavering love and forgiveness.
To my family—especially my husband and children—thank you for your steadfast support. Your encouragement has been my anchor, and I am excited to embrace this next chapter with you and our grandchildren. To my Dad and Mom thank you for instilling in me the values that have guided me throughout my life.
To my mentors, Board Chairs, Directors, Regional Partners, and Leadership (too many to name): Your dedication to making Sylvester-Worth County the best it can be has been inspiring. Our shared vision and hard work have positioned the Chamber for continued success.
To our supporters—the City of Sylvester, Worth County EDA, Worth County Commissioners, State and Local dignitaries, Worth County Board of Education, our municipalities, and all our members: Your belief in our mission has been instrumental in our growth and accomplishments.
To the Chamber staff: You have been the heartbeat of this organization. Your commitment to our mission and community has been unparalleled. I am so proud of each of you and cannot wait to see all you achieve in the years to come.
To the Sylvester-Worth community as a whole: Thank you for your unwavering support. I have been blessed to work with some of the best individuals and leaders throughout my tenure.
Our successes over the past 15 years are a reflection of all of you. It has been an honor to serve, and I will always cherish these memories.
As I continue my role as Worth County Economic Development’s Executive Director and pass the reins of the Chamber to the next President, I look forward to continuing to work toward the betterment of our community. My best wishes for a bright future ahead!
