Ballots are in the mail for our 2026 Chamber Board Nominees. When yours arrives, take a moment to look it over and send in your vote. Your voice matters in shaping the future of the Chamber.
We're also refreshing our Ambassador and Advocate Program. If you enjoy connecting with local businesses and helping our community grow, we'd love to have you involved. Volunteering with the Chamber is a great way to make a real impact and help us take 2026 to the next level.
If you're interested or want to learn more, give us a call or stop by the office. We'd be excited to welcome you to the team!

Chamber Food Drive Initiative
Help Us Feed 100 Families!
The Sylvester-Worth County Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with local volunteers and businesses to host a community food drive — and we need your help!
Our goal is to create 100 boxed meals for families in need right here in Worth County. We’ll be collecting nonperishable food donations from November 3–19, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at the Chamber office.
We’re asking for quality, shelf-stable items that make real, balanced meals — not just pantry fillers. Every can and box matters, but we’re hoping for items that truly help families enjoy a full meal together.
π¦ Great items to donate:
-
Canned vegetables (green beans, corn, spinach, etc.)
-
Canned fruit in juice (peaches, pears, pineapple)
-
Boxed mashed potatoes or rice
-
Canned meats (chicken, tuna, beef stew, chili)
-
Boxed macaroni & cheese
-
Pasta & pasta sauce
-
Peanut butter & jelly
-
Soup or canned ravioli
-
Breakfast items (grits, oatmeal packets, cereal)
-
Shelf-stable milk or juice boxes
-
Crackers or granola bars
We’re also accepting holiday-style foods like stuffing mix, gravy, or dessert mixes to make the boxes extra special.
π Every item donated goes directly to local families — sorted and packed by our amazing volunteers.
Let’s show what Worth County can do when we come together!
