About UsCOVID-19 INFO: During this pandemic, the Grand Forks Senior Center is closed to the public, except for foot care clients who can make an appointment by calling 701-757-4878. We are still continuing to deliver meals to our Meals on Wheels and Home Delivered Meals clients, offer a weekday contact-free meal drive-thru, have frozen meals available for pickup or delivery, and exercise in the park with other seniors.. Call 701-772-7245 with any questions.
The mission of the Grand Forks Senior Center is to provide opportunities for older adults to live to their full potential. This is done by addressing their social needs, their mental needs, their physical needs, and their emotional needs.
Because it is important to remain socially active and engaged, we have many activities, trips, and volunteer opportunities.
Our Health Department offers foot care and blood pressure screenings.
Our Resource Department meets with older adults and connects them to services/resources in the community which allow them to stay in their homes easier.
Our Nutrition program is threefold: 1) We have three Senior Dining sites throughout town where older adults can come together for meals, 2) Meals on Wheels or Home Delivered Meals for homebound older adults or people who would like meals delivered, and 3) Frozen meals available for purchase.
The Grand Forks Senior Center is a United Way partner agency.
