At enCircle, we believe that everyone deserves to live an abundant life, full of meaning and purpose. We are a not-for-profit organization that serves children, adults, and families throughout Virginia.
We have nearly 600 employees and caregivers and are currently hiring bilingual staff! At enCircle, we:
- support adults with developmental disabilities
- educate students with special needs in our Minnick Schools
- provide mental health counseling
- recruit foster parents and provide treatment foster care
- serve immigrant children and adults, help reunite families, and provide mental health support
