The Brentwood Middle School and Varsity Competition Cheer squads travelled to Statesboro to compete in the “Bring It to the ‘Boro!” cheer competition. “The Brentwood Middle School team had their most entertaining performance to date! The girls had everyone on their feet!”, said Coach Emily Sheppard. They placed a solid 3rd and added some new stunts and steps to this routine in a short time, which is no small feat.
The Brentwood Varsity Competition team had a great performance and placed 4th at the Bulloch competition. “Varsity had a solid performance and are peaking at the right time! Coach Weatherford and I will continue working with the girls to prepare them for State on December 2”, added Sheppard.
