2020 Kaolin Festival Update

As we continue to monitor COVID 19, the Kaolin Festival committee would like to give you an update on what the festival will look like this year (as of now). You can expect a Friday night concert, Saturday night concert, and the annual parade. We also are working hard to continue other aspects of the festival such as the mine tours, heavy equipment displays, and cruise-in. We want to continue this annual tradition in the safest manner possible for participants, attendees, and our community. We will continue to monitor safety precautions and executive orders, but for now this is the plan. Parade Applications will be available July 13th on our website.

We are saddened to share that the Miss Kaolin Pageant has been postponed until 2021. All 2019 Queens will continue to hold their reign, including Miss Kaolin, Logan Wright. We do plan to continue to highlight the current queens and past during Kaolin Festival season so please be on the lookout for more details. We look forward to continuing this tradition and seeing everyone in 2021!
