Youth Leadership


This week Youth Leadership session two took place! This session was the “historical walking tour” in downtown Sandersville. The students were able to view and learn about important places within the city. Deborah Brown gave a wonderful tour of the Washington County Elderite Association, Inc. -Georgia, our town historian David Brooker lead the group through the Old City Cemetery & the Genealogy Building, Carson Daley with Sandersville Main Street GA spoke about recent and future projects, Clerk of Courts, Megan Cramer toured the group through the courthouse with visits to the Magistrate and Probate court and Deana Bibb with the Georgia Historical Plates introduced the students to the life of the plates! The students had a full morning of touring and learning

November Business After Hours

November Business After Hours was loads of festive fun! OFTC was a wonderful host and sponsor for the last Business After Hours of 2022. 

If you haven't had a chance to view the Festival of Trees, do! They are beautiful and represent many of our local businesses and organizations.
