Join the Ogeechee Riverkeeper and Washington County Chamber of Commerce for a River’s Alive Community Cleanup in Sandersville, Georgia. 
November 20th, 2023

Volunteers will be assigned cleanup locations either at a river landing or roadway nearby. More information will be given to participants closer to the date. A limited supply of t-shirts, drinks, and snacks will be provided. Supply pickup and drop off location will be emailed to participants.

Part Time Temporary Position Available
 
The Washington County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Part Time Temporary Office Assistant to work at the BOC Office located at 119 Jones St. Sandersville, GA.
 
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative, office support, and other activities for the Board of Commissioners and County Administrator.  This person will act as receptionist and will be a key point of contact with the public.
