Get ready to giggle non-stop with Karen Morgan’s Shiny Happy People Laughing Tour—live laughs, big smiles! This live comedy act will take place on Thursday, February 19th at 7:00 in the historic Sandersville School Auditorium.
Join the Shiny Happy People Laughing Tour for a night filled with laughs and good vibes. Stand-up comedian Karen Morgan was born and raised in Athens, Georgia but now calls Maine home. She has 2 Dry Bar Comedy Specials: Rub Some Dirt On It (2023) and Go Dawgs! (2020). Her latest audio album, Shiny Happy People Laughing (named with special permission from R.E.M.), can currently be heard exclusively on Sirius XM. Karen entertains audiences nationwide with her relatable observations of family and everyday life. Her funny stories of growing up in the 70s and 80s, her "real humor", and clean material connect quickly with audiences. She loves traveling for shows, especially to places that have a Waffle House!
Karen also has a connection to Sandersville - she is the niece of former residents Jane and Sam Smith. She knows all about the Dairy Lane.
