Dealing mostly with the design trade, a designer cannot be an expert on everything, consequently, they must rely on their vendors for their expertise.

Our motto is Don't Sugar Coat. We tell our clients the truth, with realistic delivery dates, and what to expect with each product they select. We never tell people what they want to hear, just to get a job. Rather, we tell the truth, even if it means losing a job. That is why over 90% of our business is repeat designers, contractors, architects, and end-users. We don't sell our clients, we educate them, as flooring is a big-ticket item and people should be well informed.
