We never tell people what they want to hear, just to get a job. Rather, we tell the truth, even if it means losing a job. That is why over 90% of our business is repeat designers, contractors, architects, and end-users. We don't sell our clients, we educate them, as flooring is a big-ticket item and people should be well informed.
