I love Bear Nutrition! It’s so nice to go for that “coffee run” but actually get something healthy. In the time I’ve been going there I’ve lost 12 pounds! It’s been a huge part of my diet change for a better lifestyle. Everyone who works there is so friendly. Leanna the owner is a great person who takes the time to get to know you.
