Come join Children's Performing Arts for the 2023 Masque Fundraiser on October 14th, 2023 at the Hanifl Performing Arts Center! The Masque is Children’s Performing Arts’ annual themed fundraiser that supports our leadership education programs through the performing arts. This year's theme is Witches & Wizards where spooky attire is admired but not required!
The evening will be filled with lots of fun including; a silent and live auction, raffles, a cauldron of fun, food and drinks, an amazing program put on by students and other guests, and so much more!

In lieu of our regular programming, we invite you to attend Merrick's EMPOWER! Lunch/Benefit at the Vadnais Heights Commons! The event will feature a keynote address titled “Life Through Art” from celebrated educator, muralist, and “artivist” Cadex Herrera. Herrera is the creator of the George Floyd mural at 38th and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis. All are invited to join us for this free lunch event in which Merrick will highlight why our community is better because of the services provided by Merrick, Inc., and inspire guests to financially support our goal of providing remarkable life enrichment programs.
All funds raised benefit Merrick, Inc., and our goal to provide exceptional life enrichment programs for adults with disabilities. Tables have been reserved for Women In Business!

All we need is an hour or two of your time!
 
You select the date and time between between 11:00am - 4:00pm on October 2nd - October 6th to beautify Highway 61. Since 1990 the White Bear Area Chamber has been an "Adopt A Highway" sponsor, cleaning up a 2 mile stretch of Highway 61 that runs through the downtown area of White Bear Lake. You will simply start your time by watching an important safety video and we'll provide the safety vests, gloves, trash bags and trash pickers and send you on your way! Snacks will be provided upon your return! Children must be 13 years or older and supervised by an adult.
