Whitehouse Winterfest

Downtown Whitehouse will be the home of Whitehouse Winterfest, the coolest event this winter! on February 12, 2011 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Events will include cardboard box sled races, snowman building contest, snow angel contest, Toledo Roadrunners 5k race, horse and carriage rides, snowball throwing contest, ice sculptures by Ice Creations, music, food, petting zoo, and a Snowy Night Light Parade to end the day. The Mirror Newspaper Chamber Advertising Opportunity


Part of the Chamber's Main Street Marketing Program

The Chamber has reserved a full page in The Mirror Newspaper on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. We will highlight two businesses each month, feature our ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, special events, as well a community events listing for the Whitehouse area.
We are offering our members a low-cost, high quality business card size ad for only $60 per week or $100 for two weeks, which includes design and layout of your ad. This full page business promotion layout will run in all 3 editions of The Mirror Newspaper and be delivered to 15,000 subscribers in Anthony Wayne, Maumee, and Holland-Springfield. There is NO contract required for members and you will pay The Mirror Newspaper directly and be responsible for paying their invoices to avoid being suspended from this very affordable marketing benefit.
Cost analysis:
15,000 subscribers at $60.00 per week=$0.004 per home or $0.003 per home when you run two weeks. There is no limit to how many times that you ad runs, you must adhere to these deadlines:

The Whitehouse and Waterville Chambers of Commerce will present The Anthony Wayne Business Expo in conjunction with the Anthony Wayne Spirit of Giving's Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser during the AW vs. Perrysburg Girls basketball game. The event will take place on Friday, February 18 from 4:30-8:00 p.m. at the Anthony Wayne High School Auxiliary Gym with full access for the public to attend this event. Unlike last year, this year the Chamber has confirmed with the school district that ALL doors will be open into the Business Expo with an expected 500+ people to attend. The Chamber is accepting registrations for the Business Expo for interested businesses, groups, and organizations interested in promoting their products and or services at a booth. The cost to register is $20.00 per Chamber member per business and $50.00 for non-Chamber members with a deadline of February 1st for all participants.
