In Conjunction with the Whitehouse Farmers Market Bike Safety Day for children k-6th grade will be held this Saturday, September 3, in conjunction with the weekly Farmers’ Market. This event is sponsored by the Whitehouse Police Department and Cycle Werks to help keep our kids safe! Bring the kids while you shop for fresh produce, coffee, pastries, art, jewelry, and other handmade items! Children should bring their bikes downtown for a free safety inspection set up by the Police Department in front of General’s Ice Cream. After the inspection, kids can test their driving skills on the obstacle course in Village Park. Helmets must be worn to participate in the obstacle course.
