With nearly 25 years in the group health insurance market, Barb Gerken is the Regional Sales Manager of Northwest Ohio for Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services.  She joined Cornerstone in April, 2011 to open an office in Maumee and to manage both the Maumee and Lima locations.  Prior to Cornerstone, Barb spent 23 years in various positions within Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, most recently as a Senior Sales Account Executive and Team Lead.  She currently serves as Legislative Co-Chairman on the Northwest Ohio Association of Health Underwriters Board.

The AW Business Showcase was held this past Friday, February 15th at Anthony Wayne High School in conjunction with the AW Spirit of Giving's Spaghetti dinner fundraiser and was a well received event.  The Chamber would like to thank all of the businesses who participated and we look forward to this event next year.  We received a lot of positive comments at the Chamber display about the various exhibitors and their efforts in being part of this great community event!
