About Us

Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, National Certified Counselor and Certified Chemical Dependency Specialist. I have extensive training and experience in the assessment and treatment of individuals and couples. I utilize many approaches in my work with clients. As a trauma and relational therapist, I primarily use a model developed by Pia Mellody, which focuses on healing childhood and relational trauma. In addition, I pull from therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focus Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
