About Us
Compass Association Management was formed in 2021 by Angie Durham & Kellie Gluck. Angie & Kellie were long time employees of Parker & Associates and were entrusted to take the reins of the Association Management business when Ken & Susan Parker retired. Compass currently manages over 90 Condominium and Homeowners Associations in Athens-Clarke, Oconee, Barrow and Morgan Counties.
We provide full-service community association management along with real estate sales services.
Since each property is unique, our management services are individually tailored to the needs of each Community and its Board of Directors. Special situations are welcomed.
