EncourageH.E.R. Academy is dedicated to mentoring students and helping them develop the skills needed to excel academically, become self-aware, and cultivate leadership abilities. The program aims to build confidence, important life skills, and character traits that will benefit students throughout their lives. EncourageH.E.R. provides young women with opportunities to explore new interests, build self-esteem, and broaden their awareness of the world. The program's ongoing mission is to empower women and girls, with H.E.R. standing for Hope. Empowerment.Resilience. EncourageH.E.R. supports physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, and economic success, and encourages young girls to become future leaders through interactive learning experiences designed to develop strong communication and leadership skills.
