About Us
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, I know how important communication, transparency and efficiency are to the process in every real estate transaction. Whether you are purchasing or refinancing a home, being educated and having a great team behind you are keys to a successful and smooth transaction. With over 20 years of experience, I come to the table with you as an educator as well as an expert in the industry. I work with all types of buyers and have loan programs that fit every niche. From first time home buyers to investors, I have you covered! Our portfolio will facilitate, FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie/Freddie Conventional/High Balance, Jumbo loans and investment properties up to 30 units. And yes, we do land and Condotels! For you Realtors out there, I am here as a resource as well as a valuable team-mate throughout any transaction. I'm happy to answer questions about scenarios, properties and financing guidelines, even if I'm not part of the transaction. I also make myself available to clients and agents 7 days a week, including evenings when needed. Generally I have Pre-Approvals done within 24 hours or less for my clients as well.
