About Us
Aspen Peak Cellars at the Clifton House Inn B&B in Conifer, Colorado is the perfect place to bring your out of town guests to enjoy lodging, food and wine at our lunch bistro, special events dinners, weddings, family reunions, meetings, etc. Bistro hours are Wednesday - Sunday 10-5, with extended dinner hours on Fridays until 8pm. Live Music in the Meadow on Sundays from 2-5PM, Memorial day until Labor day weekend.
At our Winery location in Bailey, we produce all your favorite wines in small handcrafted batches, ready for you to sample and enjoy a glass on the beautiful patio or picnic by the river. A tour of our Winery is available anytime without appointment. Tasting room hours are 11-5 Wednesday through Sunday. Rockin' rapids at the winery, live music on Saturdays 2-5pm, Memorial day - Labor day weekend.
