Ed and Peg Hayslett, Broker Owners of The Hayslett Group, LLC, We are Members of the National and Colorado Associations of Realtors.  We have been active in Real Estate as a career since 2003.  We started as Real Estate Investors totaling over 200 Real Estate transactions over 10years. Our projects included fix & flips, land developments, minor sub-divisions, investment rentals, residential single-family homes, apartments, and multi-unit properties.  My background was owning and managing a construction company for over 25 years.
 Some of my Certifications in Real Estate include Certified Area Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS). Certification through MMAR, Mountain Metro Association of Realtors.  (RENE), Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Certification through National Associations of Realtors. (SRES), Seniors Real Estate Specialist through DMAR, Denver Metro Association of Realtors. We love our mountain community, assisting clients with reaching their real estate goals.
