When Water Solutions performs work on your property, protecting your home is a top priority. Our crews take proactive measures to safeguard interior and exterior areas, including lawns, flooring, walls, doorways, and nearby furnishings.
Protective coverings are used in work zones and traffic areas whenever applicable, and we make every effort to leave your home clean and orderly at the end of each workday. In the unlikely event that property damage occurs as a direct result of our work, Water Solutions will take responsibility and make it right.
If, after completion, you feel the cleanup did not meet your expectations, we’ll provide a professional cleaning as an added measure of assurance.
Interior & Integrated Drainage Warranty
Standard Interior Drainage System Warranty (10 Years)
Water Solutions warrants its interior drainage systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of installation.
This warranty applies to interior-only drainage systems installed by Water Solutions and covers groundwater intrusion within the specific areas treated under the contracted scope of work.
Lifetime Integrated Drainage Warranty
Water Solutions offers a Lifetime Warranty when an interior drainage system is installed in combination with an interior vapor barrier and qualifying exterior water management solutions, including but not limited to:
• Landscape grading and resloping
• Foundation perimeter resloping
• Exterior surface water redirection solutions
When installed together, these systems work to control both surface water and subsurface hydrostatic pressure. Under these conditions, Water Solutions warrants the integrated system against groundwater intrusion in the treated areas for the lifetime of the structure, beginning on the original installation date.
Interior drainage systems not paired with qualifying exterior drainage solutions remain covered under the 10-year interior warranty.
Transferability
This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent property owners for the remaining warranty term or lifetime coverage, provided that:
• The property remains in residential use
• The system has not been altered, modified, or repaired by parties other than Water Solutions
• The new owner notifies Water Solutions in writing of the ownership transfer within 30 days of closing
No transfer fee is required unless otherwise stated in the original contract.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:
• Condensation or moisture caused by high indoor humidity
• Water intrusion through untreated foundation walls or floor cracks
• Surface flooding, extreme weather events, or sewer backups
• Clogged or failed gutters, downspouts, floor drains, or discharge lines not installed by Water Solutions
• Systems altered or repaired by others
Cracking of replaced or existing concrete is not covered.
Equipment & Component Coverage
Sump pumps, battery backup systems, alarms, and mechanical components are covered exclusively under their manufacturer’s warranties and are not included in this workmanship warranty.
Water Solutions is responsible only for areas specifically treated under the contracted scope of work.
Additional Disclosures
• Interior drainage systems are not guaranteed to be radon-mitigating or compatible with all existing or future radon mitigation systems.
• This warranty is not valid until payment in full has been received.
• This written warranty supersedes all prior verbal or written representations.
Foundation Crack Repair Warranty
2-Year Limited Watertight Warranty
Water Solutions warrants that its foundation crack repair and pipe penetration sealing services are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential conditions for a period of two (2) years from the original installation date.
During the warranty period, the treated crack or pipe penetration is warranted to remain watertight, meaning groundwater intrusion through the repaired area shall not enter and collect on the interior floor surface. If the repaired area fails within the warranty term, Water Solutions will, at its discretion, re-treat or repair the affected area using methods deemed appropriate to stop water intrusion.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty applies only to the specific crack or pipe penetration treated by Water Solutions and does not extend to other foundation areas or unrelated water entry points.
Water Solutions’ responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair of the originally treated area. Damage to personal property, interior finishes, or contents is not covered.
Structural Movement Exclusion
This warranty becomes null and void if post-installation structural movement occurs, including but not limited to:
• Foundation settlement
• Wall bowing or lateral pressure
• Additional cracking that causes the repaired area to reopen
Crack repair alone does not address underlying hydrostatic pressure or surface water conditions.
Warranty Conditions
• This warranty is not valid until payment in full has been received.
• This written warranty supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, whether written or verbal. No additional warranties are authorized.
Carbon Fiber Wall Reinforcement
Lifetime Structural Stabilization Warranty
Water Solutions warrants its carbon fiber wall reinforcement systems to stabilize the specific foundation wall areas treated for the lifetime of the structure, beginning on the original installation date.
This warranty guarantees that the reinforced wall sections will be protected against additional inward movement beyond the established post-installation condition. If a carbon fiber reinforcement system installed by Water Solutions fails to perform as intended, materials and labor will be provided at no charge to restore stabilization in the warranted area, subject to the terms below.
Scope of Coverage
• This warranty applies only to the exact wall sections where carbon fiber reinforcement is installed by Water Solutions.
• Carbon fiber systems are designed to stabilize foundation walls, not to straighten or return walls to their original position.
• Lifetime coverage applies only to foundation walls with inward deflection of up to three (3) inches at the time of installation.
Measurement & Verification
Water Solutions will establish horizontal reference benchmarks at the time of installation. These benchmarks will serve as the sole method for evaluating any future inward wall movement within the warranted area.
Walls that are not properly reinforced across the required span or are not installed in accordance with Water Solutions’ design standards are not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions & Structural Disclaimers
This warranty does not cover movement or damage caused by:
• Foundation settlement or soil movement
• Slope failure, soil creep, or erosion
• Flooding, seismic activity, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other acts of nature
The installation of carbon fiber reinforcement does not prevent damage resulting from these conditions, and Water Solutions shall not be held responsible for direct or consequential damages arising from such events.
Warranty Conditions
• This warranty is not valid until payment in full has been received.
• This warranty applies solely to the original installation location and does not extend to untreated foundation walls.
• This written warranty supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, whether written or verbal. No additional warranties are authorized.
Egress Window Installation Warranty
5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Water Solutions warrants its egress window systems to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of installation.
During the warranty period, Water Solutions will, at its discretion, repair or replace any egress window or related installation component installed by Water Solutions that fails as a direct result of installation workmanship.
Waterproofing Disclaimer
Egress windows and window wells are not guaranteed to be fully waterproof. While proper installation significantly reduces the risk of water intrusion, the customer acknowledges that egress windows may experience leakage due to soil conditions, drainage limitations, weather events, or surrounding landscape factors.
Water Solutions is not responsible for water damage, interior finishes, or personal property affected by leakage from an egress window or window well.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to egress window systems installed by Water Solutions and does not cover:
• Product defects covered under manufacturer warranties
• Water intrusion unrelated to installation workmanship
• Damage caused by settlement, soil movement, or external water conditions

• This warranty supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, whether written or verbal. No additional warranties are authorized.
Outdoor Drainage Warranty
5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Water Solutions warrants its outdoor drainage and surface water management solutions, including landscape drainage, yard drainage, grading, resloping, downspout extensions, trench drains, and related systems, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of installation.
This warranty covers proper system function as designed to collect, redirect, and manage surface water away from the foundation and designated drainage areas under normal residential conditions.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty applies only to outdoor drainage systems installed by Water Solutions and covers issues directly related to installation workmanship or material failure within the treated areas.
Water Solutions’ responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components within the originally installed system.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:
• Changes in soil conditions, erosion, or settling after installation
• Extreme weather events, flooding, or acts of nature
• Clogged systems caused by debris, sediment, landscaping changes, or a lack of maintenance
• Damage caused by third-party excavation, utility work, or landscape modifications
• Drainage systems altered, extended, or repaired by others
Water Solutions is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, hardscapes, structures, or personal property resulting from water conditions beyond the scope of the installed system.
Warranty Conditions
• This warranty is not valid until payment in full has been received.
• This warranty applies only to the original installation location and configuration.
• This written warranty supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, whether written or verbal. No additional warranties are authorized.
