24/7About Us
We are a 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers a rehab to home program, extended care and Out Patient Therapy services. We have three programs that truly set us apart; our Quality of Life & Spiritually Programs and we are an Eden Certified Building. Our commitment to meeting the individual needs of each resident shines thru in our variety of services which anticipate and meet the needs of each residents thru our Quality of Life and Chaplain Programs. We have an activity program for all levels of care and religious services that allow our residents, families, and staff to practice their personal beliefs. We simultaneously promote physical accomplishments and emotional well-being.It is our mission as a family-based organization to revolutionize the healthcare industry through a culture of resident-centered healthcare services, personalized spirituality, and real quality of life initiatives.
The Eden Registry honors those organizations deeply committed to transforming traditional models of care into person-directed approaches that put the individual first.
We are an Eden Certified Building which means our care is resident centered and we are committed to battling the three plagues of our Elders; loneliness, helplessness, and boredom. We have a therapy department that is staffed with full-time, in-house therapist; we do not contract our therapy out. We offer inpatient and outpatient services. Our goal is to assist our residents in maintaining or improving their level of functioning and help them lead more active and independent lives. Consistent communication with patients, their families and physicians is one of our most important tools for improving established outcomes.
