Assurity Finance & Development, LLC is primarily a commercial finance company based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Throughout the years, Assurity has established relationships with some of the best local, regional and national financial organizations serving the upper Midwest. Assurity operates as an extension of these institutions; underwriting, structuring, originating and servicing credit facilities for clients.

Assurity is owned and operated by experienced commercial banking professionals with a collective 60 years of experience. Assurity was established to provide progressive business clients with a professional company they can rely on to provide the most competitive, properly structured financing accommodations available. We focus on credit accommodations in excess of $1.0 million and have experience in managing and structuring credit facilities in excess of $100.0 million. As a development company, our commitment is to create opportunity with an optimal return on investment for our investors.
