At Scott Homes, Ltd. we believe that the process of building a new home should be a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. To build great homes consistently we have developed a building process that is documented and followed with each home we build. It allows us to make certain you are always involved, informed and satisfied with your new home.
Our roots are strong in the Pikes Peak Region, since 1967 and in Woodland Park since 1985. Involvement in the building business from the ground up is our background. A hands-on attitude is our hallmark.
Through our own consulting Architect and cooperating designer, we meld the efficiency of the structure with the flair of the design. Throughout our history, we have grown in response to our clients’ needs, creating a company based on teamwork.
