About Us

Arbor Reserve is open Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We are located just off of US12 , behind the Coldwater Middle/High school. The Aquatic center is just a couple city blocks around the corner as well as the Coldwater City Rec. Dept.

We offer spacious 1 bedroom apartments, and 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. We offer 24 hour on call emergency maintenance. Private townhome entrances, as well as private patio and balconies.
Washer & dryer connections in the townhomes, and on site laundry rooms available. We take serious pride in our property, we have beautifully landscaped lawns and flower gardens. We offer a picnic pavilion with community grills and playground.  We have a community room that residents may rent out and we offer many community activities including daily coffee, popcorn and snacks in the office as well as an annual Summer Bash
